Hi Everyone,
I closed all resources and then was able to get Agent Server working again. Most have been some sort of conflict.

i use xp too and i leave it on and just have the monitor shut off after so long.
the trouble is it gets kind of jumpy or slow after so long even with 768 mbs of ram it seems that even with all that ram to use for resources winxp still wants to be rebooted every 4 or 7 days depending on the amount of use it gets.
this could have been your trouble too as you might have used it alot. with out rebooting.
what i think is going on is the updates and stuff are being saved in temp files and it gets full of them and then it starts to alocate more ram space but after the amount is used up it wants to right the information in permment files on the hard drive.
if that is what is going on i have no idea for sure but it makes sense to me. in order to correct what it does i have some agents pop up and tell me ever 3 days to reboot.

Thanks Keith,
I did notice agent can speak now but in mash no animations are showing. I can add them manually and it will work, but sort of tiresome to do this. I am getting a new error pointing to rpcrt4.dll and tried to register it but too no avail.
This is a new bug I never encountered

Ranny, are you using any other Agent-related applications?
Restart your PC and go to PC-Pitstop (http://www.pcpitstop.com), sign up for a free account and run their Full System Tests to see if any problems with your PC can be identified.
You may also want to try out Tune-Up Utilities 2004, which can solve alot of OS problems. http://www.tune-up.com
